Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based. Candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and territory plans.
• Leverage established relationships with key accounts, including NMC, Burjeel, and Mediclinic, to drive business growth and market access.
• Monitor team performance, sales KPIs, territory potential, and account development plans
• Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls with sales representatives to provide coaching and support.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sales, with previous experience in a sales management/team leadership role.
• Established relationships with major healthcare groups.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
