Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Finance & HR Admin Specialist for their team in Riyadh.

Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration for the Saudi affiliate.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
• Support employee benefits, insurance, leave, attendance, and other HR-related processes.
• Support VAT, ZATCA, and other local financial compliance requirements.
• Support the local leadership team with general business administration.
• Liaise with external service providers, government authorities, banks, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or FMCG organization.
• Working knowledge of Saudi VAT/ZATCA and local finance requirements.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labour regulations and HR practices.
• Experience supporting payroll and employee administration.
