Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Brand Manager to be based in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement brand strategies and annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives based on market insights.
• Lead marketing activities, including promotional materials, campaigns, and educational initiatives.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and field activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with SFDA requirements, company policies, and applicable industry codes.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with experience in Brand/Product Management, particularly in Consumer Health.
• Experience in developing and executing brand plans and marketing strategies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other business functions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• This position is open to Saudi nationals only, in line with Saudization requirements.
