Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Senior Brand Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Building the strategy and marketing plan for the product, ensuring those plans are implemented and monitored to reach mid to long-term sales targets.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts.
• Requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive access and growth for innovative therapies.
• Conducting regular market analysis, and market research, developing a deep understanding of business dynamics, tracking competitive environment, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize brand potential.
• Designing Tactical Plan in line with the brand strategy, executing all marketing activities.
• Partnering with Int Markets and Global Marketing Teams to understand global/regional strategies.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy /Business or related field.
• Candidate based in the UAE with at least 3-5 years of experience working in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Dermatology/OTC/ Consumer Healthcare experience is preferred
• GCC or regional experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative and creative, enabling the agility to capitalize on market opportunity.
• Must be based in the UAE already.
