Job Description
Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Area Sales Manager to be based in Kuwait.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets across Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, key accounts, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Drive product launches, promotional activities, and brand initiatives in collaboration with marketing and medical teams.
- Ensure effective territory coverage, sales forecasting, and demand planning.
- Maintain strong knowledge of local market dynamics, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the GCC region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-country operations.
- Strong experience in distributor management and key account development.
- Willing to travel to GCC region.
