Kinetic is working with a leading Hospitality company who are hiring a Cluster Sales Manager to be based in Iraq.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Drive revenue growth across hospitality, dining, entertainment, and events businesses.
- Develop and sell integrated commercial packages and venue solutions.
- Secure corporate and social event bookings through proactive business development.
- Build and manage key client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and drive customer engagement.
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities and repeat business across the portfolio.
- Achieve revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- 4–6 years of sales experience within hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or related sectors.
- Proven success in business development and account management.
- Experience selling events, hospitality, dining, or lifestyle offerings.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with relevant sales and operational systems.
- Commercially driven with the ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Open to candidates based outside Iraq.
- Prior experience in Iraq is an advantage.
