Please note that to comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire a UAE National for this position.

A reputable and well-established Bank is actively recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager for their team in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Delivering advanced branch banking and customer service support.
  • Handling complex and high-value cash and non-cash transactions.
  • Supporting priority customers and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Managing escalated customer requests and resolving service issues efficiently.
  • Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable banking solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining high service quality standards and operational accuracy.
  • Identifying business development and cross-selling opportunities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • To comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire a UAE National for this position.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher (high school not accepted)
  • Must be willing to work in mall/shift-based branches (6 days per week, 6 hours per day) with rotating shifts.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail or branch banking, customer service, or banking operations.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, branch operations, KYC/AML, compliance, and transaction processing.
  • Experience handling priority clients, escalations, and high-value or complex transactions.
  • Proficient in banking systems, digital channels, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
