Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Clinical Support Specialist for their team in South Africa.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
• Oversee product installations and manage the client onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive performance and contribute to the achievement of business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and clinics.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and consistent service support.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage professional audiences.
• Proven ability to train clinicians and deliver effective product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
