Job Description

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Service Engineer for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
• Conducting customer training on the proper use and maintenance of assigned portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
• Providing technical support to customers resolving any issues related to equipment performance.
• Performing regular preventive maintenance.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• BSc in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3- 4 years of experience as a Service Engineer within medical lab equipment (IVD or lab diagnostics) or similar role.
• Willingness to travel as needed for on-site customer support.
• Driver's license and personal car required
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
