A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Product Specialist for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Define a strategic plan to achieve sales revenue, objective, and target for surgical products.
• Improve product marketability and profitability and market share by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Manage and build long-term professional customer relationships.
• Deal with customer complaints and implements corrective actions.
• Provide customers and healthcare professionals with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations.
• Identify areas of improvement by monitoring and analysing sales data and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional, sales, and educational material.
• Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences and represent the company and products effectively.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and monitor competitors' offerings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or laboratory sciences or similar.
• Proven sales experience in IVD within the UAE.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the UAE
• Driver's license and personal car required
• Ability to travel as required.
• Well-versed with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
