Job Description
A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a National Sales Manager to be based in Algeria.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead sales, promotional and marketing strategy to increase product awareness and drive sales growth
- Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Lead multi-channel promotional campaigns and oversee material development
- Manage budgets and resource allocation
- Track performance metrics and report insights to management
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, sales, medical, regulatory) for effective product positioning
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical marketing/promotion/sales
- Strong communication and presentation
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability
- Budget and stakeholder management
- Marketing analytics and CRM proficiency
