Job Description
A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting an Application Specialist for their team in Bahrain.

The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide specialist user support, including training, troubleshooting, and application guidance.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, updates, and releases, and communicate effectively to users.
- Support laboratories with validation, verification, and quality control processes.
- Resolve product complaints and application issues promptly.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve product use and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
- Assist with scientific or clinical studies as needed.
- Prepare activity reports with clear follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with laboratory stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during pre- and post-sales activities.
- Deliver demonstrations, evaluations, and presentations on product value.
- Contribute to tenders with technical input and workflow recommendations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medical laboratory environment with strong clinical diagnostics knowledge.
- Strong technical expertise in laboratory instruments, diagnostics, and workflows.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with laboratory professionals and stakeholders.
- Effective presentation and training capabilities.
