Job Description
A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Territory Sales Manager for their team in Amman.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned customers
- Develop, execute, and regularly review account plans in line with company commercial strategies
- Effectively plan customer visits and document outcomes in the sales system
- Recommend tailored solutions that create value for both the customer and the organization
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and customer needs
- Deliver clear and compelling product presentations highlighting key benefits
- Coordinate and distribute promotional materials in alignment with marketing plans
- Attend industry events and customer meetings, and support the organization of company-led events
- Provide product training and ongoing support to customers as required
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and support functions, to achieve objectives
- Meet or exceed sales revenue targets within the assigned business unit and territory
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates based in Jordan will be considered.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of sales experience within the Medical Devices industry.
- Must have strong dental equipment/consumables/implant sales experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- A Degree in Dentistry is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
