Job Description

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Logistics Executive for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
  
• Coordinate temperature-controlled imports of perishable pharmaceutical products (GCC)
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and process all import/export documentation, arrange transportation, and manage customs clearance.
• Track shipments, generate logistics reports, and analyze shipping volumes and costs.
• Liaise with shipping companies to ensure compliant and efficient international transport.
• Monitor freight costs, negotiate rates with vendors, and control logistics budgets.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• 3-5 years pharma experience in the UAE
• Relevant experience in MOH drug import & logistics process.
• Knowledgeable in import/export procedures via Tatmeen and MOHAP online systems.
• Knowledgeable of tendering and pharmaceutical supply processes for government entities including RAFED, MOH, etc. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to build external and internal relationships
