Job Description

A reputable and well-established Multinational Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Legal & Compliance Executive for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support the organization in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.

• Assist with contract administration, regulatory submissions, policy implementation, and risk management to safeguard the organization’s legal and ethical position.

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documentation.

• Maintain and regularly update contract repositories and legal records.

• Support dispute resolution processes and prepare litigation-related documentation when required.

• Monitor adherence to applicable local and international laws and regulations.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.

• Support internal compliance audits and conduct risk assessments.

• Lead the drafting, review, and periodic update of internal policies and codes of conduct.

• Assist with investigations related to compliance issues or breaches of policy.
  
  

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in legal, ethics, and compliance functions.

• Prior experience within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another regulated industry.

• Strong capabilities in legal drafting, document review, corporate law, and compliance frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of applicable local and international laws and regulatory requirements.

• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
