Job Description

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Legal Counsel to be based in Hyderabad, India.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on various legal topics and enforce due diligence.
• Draft, solidify, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Participate in evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Translation of legal documents as may be required.
• Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Only Candidates currently based in the Hyderabad, India will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in law. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector. Experience in corporate, manufacturing, regulatory, and IP law is highly desirable.
• Experience in contract management, legal advisory, corporate governance and risk mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
