Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an HR Coordinator to be based in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Support HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Manage all employee related matters.
- Coordinate HR projects such as trainings, meetings, and surveys.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role. Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems and payroll processes.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
