Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Financial Controller to be based in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide strategic financial direction, guidance & leadership.
- Review and assess commercial conditions, discounts, and pricing strategies to optimise profitability.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
- Stay informed about competitors by tracking their pricing and discount strategies to remain competitive in the market.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to KSA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of Finance experience, preferably within the FMCG/Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Proven experience in commercial finance, controlling, and business partnering.
- Experience with commercial conditions and discounting strategies.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic preferred.
