The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and execute the site’s operational strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Serve as the key point of contact for corporate, regulatory, and external stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of production, quality, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and manage site budgets
• Monitor financial performance, productivity, and cost control measures.
• Implement risk management strategies to maintain product safety and efficacy.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Preferably with experience in aseptic or similar biologics manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
