Job Description
Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing company who are hiring a Head of Engineering to be based in Southern Europe.Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to EU countries.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee projects within engineering operations.
- Lead engineering teams in the design, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing systems, utilities, and facilities.
- Allocate resources effectively to support projects and daily operations.
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to EU countries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong project management skills with a history of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
