Kinetic is working with a leading Industrial Manufacturing company who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh or Jeddah.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Salary up to SAR 20,000 per month.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to KSA.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of sales experience within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience in preform machines.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth.
• Ability to forge strong long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
