Kinetic is working with a leading Hospitality company who are hiring a Procurement Manager to be based in Iraq.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities and manage vendor relationships.
- Establish quality control measures for food and beverage service, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Ensure full utilization of the stock management system software for all inventory-related tasks.
- Oversee and take full responsibility for the warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Iraq will be considered.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience procurement and supply within the Hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) & hygiene standards.
- In-depth knowledge of Iraq market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
