Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Head of Sales to be based in Ethiopia.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing team.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan, including sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing strategies, to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Increase market share and expand distribution channels and customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Ethiopia will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree. An MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of management experience within the FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare market dynamics.
