Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee their home care and domiciliary care services in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care delivery, compliance with CQC regulations, and promoting person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the home care and domiciliary care services, ensuring high-quality care and support.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of care services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and service users.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing home care or domiciliary care services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in ensuring compliance.
- Demonstrated ability in person-centered care planning and delivery.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
