Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our clients nursing home in Oxfordshire, focusing on elderly care within a nursing home environment. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care, and compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver excellent care for elderly residents
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and implement best practices in elderly nursing care
- Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual residents’ needs
- Mentor and support nursing staff, promoting professional development
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure effective communication and care coordination

Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in elderly care and nursing within a nursing home setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
