Keystone Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Manager to join a reputable Nursing Home in Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
The Clinical Manager will work collaboratively with medical staff, administrative personnel, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
