What's in it for you?

These guys are truly passionate marketers. They have a loyal and longstanding team who have a passion for b2b and marketing technology and are always looking at innovative ways to test and improve. They promote a flat hierarchy where everyone's ideas are equally valuable.

They are not a process driven agency. They encourage a fun and informal environment whilst also ensuring that they have a smart team in place who can respond quickly to client demands. They pride themselves on making sure that their team have autonomy to get on and do what they do well, whilst also providing that mentorship to help them build on their skills.

This really is a lovely place to work. They are fully remote but do meet up quarterly. You will have to be happy with a remote first model.
