About the role
As Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of client relationships, partnering closely with the Account Director and Senior Account Manager to maintain and strengthen key client connections. Your confidence and attention to detail will shine as you engage with our clients.
You'll be the financial maestro, overseeing project budgets and providing essential insights into campaign performance, ensuring we are always on track to meet our targets.
Project management will be second nature to you as you take the lead in setting up and managing the delivery of key client campaigns. Your knack for process will ensure projects are always on brief, on time, and within budget. Managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously will be a breeze, thanks to your problem-solving mindset and clear, logical communication style.
With your creative and digital prowess, you'll drive sound digital thinking with a focus on demand generation campaigns. You'll oversee campaigns from inception to completion, employing multi-channel strategies across the customer and buyer journey.
In this fast-paced environment, you'll excel as a multitasker, managing multiple campaigns across international markets with ease. You'll always be on the front foot, knowing the status of projects at any given time.
About you
We're looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional sales and client service skills. Your enthusiasm and go-getter attitude, combined with a preference for taking initiative, will set you apart.
Your commercial focus and previous experience in a client service role, particularly in B2B Digital and/or Agency environments, will be invaluable. You take pride in working independently and thrive in a dynamic setting.
A strong understanding of the B2B Technology landscape, coupled with impeccable organisational and multitasking abilities, is essential.
