Our client is made up of a community of marketing visionaries, and they are  looking for someone exceptional to join them as a Senior Account Manager. As part of their Client Services Team, you'll have the chance to work on groundbreaking B2B marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on technology clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client-Facing Excellence: You’ll collaborate directly with their Account Directors to foster, fortify, and elevate client relationships. Your confidence and attention to detail will shine as you engage in meaningful discussions with clients.
  • Financial Mastery: You’ll oversee the financial journey of your projects, offering insights into project budgets and campaign performance. You'll ensure our revenue systems and reporting are always up-to-date, putting you in control of your team's financial success.
  • Project Prowess: You’ll champion the delivery of key client campaigns – always on point, on schedule, and within budget..
  • Creative, Digital, and Demand-Driven: Your innovative thinking, combined with your demand generation campaign experience, will fuel projects from inception to completion. You’ll be able to excel in multi-channel strategies across the entire customer journey.
  • Masterful Reporting: You’ll be able to craft comprehensive scoping documents, cost estimates, internal and external reports, and project plans to keep our projects on course..

About You:

  • Passion and Initiative: You're highly motivated and self-driven, with a knack for client-facing sales and service. Your enthusiasm and go-getter attitude set you apart.
  • Commercial Savvy: You're all about results and have a solid background in client service, with a preference for ROI-driven campaigns. B2B Digital and Digital Agency experience is a plus.
  • Digital Wizardry: You are comfortable with digital campaign reporting and analysis, you understand the nuances of the B2B technology landscape.
  • Organised Excellence: Multitasking is your middle name, and you have an unparalleled attention to detail.
  • Team Leadership: You've successfully managed and motivated team members, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Fast-Paced Pro: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities with impeccable organisational and time management skills.
