What you’ll be doing day to day

The Channel Solutions team designs and develops tech led services and SaaS products, which are used by leading tech manufacturers such as Samsung, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, Intuit, Sage and Zebra to help manage their Channel and to accelerate revenue through it. We combine technological expertise with great service design to deliver technologies that our clients value alongside our talented marketing services team.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will be required to own relationships with key day-to-day client contacts. With a focus on delivering excellent customer service, you will take ownership of designated areas of one of the Channel Solutions team’s key accounts, actively contributing to the management and development of that account. You will also be required to support the AD with financial management and ensuring profitability of jobs, as well as preparing and delivering proposals for new opportunities within designated accounts.
