We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the leadership team in this new role to really drive the brand and marketing strategy for the business.  This is a broad role with plenty of variety, so you will need to be open to leading and supporting across a range of marketing activities.

What will you be doing?

Our client is ambitious for growth.  Their varied client list ranges from large, global banks to entrepreneurial fintech start-ups. They cover hot topics – cloud, open banking, blockchain, APIs, CDBCs, crypto, BNPL...everything in fintech.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an ambitious and proactive team. Here are some of the things you will be tasked with looking at;

  • Keep building their community, readership and interactions
  • Build compelling propositions for new products, services and features
  • Produce engaging campaign content for their website and other channels
  • Create and deploy successful marketing campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand management and corporate identity, managing and collating central repository of sales materials
  • Manage lead generation for the sales team
  • Coordinate social media outreach via our channels
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing efforts


What you need to bring?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar or comparable role
  • Some experience or understanding of fintech, banking and payments – and an appetite to learn more
  • Excellent writing skills to produce great marketing content 
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing channels and technologies
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Curiosity to ask questions and an appetite to learn
