Lead national and international M&A transactions from start to finish, including market approach, offer evaluation, due diligence, contract negotiations, and post-sales activities.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with international project development teams, finance, legal departments, and external advisors.
Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and perform strategic assessments to drive innovative recommendations for action.
Your Qualifications:
Excellent academic degree in a business or STEM related field.
Hands-on experience in conceptualizing and implementing national and international M&A projects.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and common valuation methods (DCF, multiples).
Structured work approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and ideally another language relevant to our markets.
Prior experience in renewable energies or infrastructure investments is desirable.
