M&A Manager (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead national and international M&A transactions from start to finish, including market approach, offer evaluation, due diligence, contract negotiations, and post-sales activities.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with international project development teams, finance, legal departments, and external advisors.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and perform strategic assessments to drive innovative recommendations for action.
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent academic degree in a business or STEM related field.
- Hands-on experience in conceptualizing and implementing national and international M&A projects.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and common valuation methods (DCF, multiples).
- Structured work approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and ideally another language relevant to our markets.
- Prior experience in renewable energies or infrastructure investments is desirable.
