Project Finance

Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing, structuring, and implementing complex, predominantly international
  • project financing in collaboration with the responsible relationship manager. Projects will primarily focus on expanding digital infrastructure, including data centers, financing supply networks, telecommunications facilities, and renewable energy projects.
  • Coordinating internal and external interfaces.
  • Negotiating financing and security agreements.
  • Controlling internal credit processes, preparing ratings and loan applications,
  • obtaining back office opinions, and making credit decisions; if necessary, exercising delegated credit authority.
  • Participating in customer meetings and bank presentations.
  • Monitoring and controlling risks in an existing portfolio, including preparing loan applications and ratings in accordance with banking and regulatory requirements.
  • Handling customer inquiries, waivers, etc.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of lines, collateral, etc.
  • Participating in observing and analyzing developments in relevant markets and industries.
  • Supporting in placing credit risks on the banking/capital market.
Your Profile:
  • Good knowledge of international lending business, with a specialized focus on project finance.
  • Experience in independently analysing, structuring, negotiating, and implementing complex credit transactions, including associated credit and security agreements.
  • Confident in creating cash flow models and conducting sensitivity analyses.
  • Well-founded credit judgment and the ability to present it convincingly before relevant decision-making bodies.
  • High commitment, negotiation skills, initiative, and resilience.
  • High social skills and ability to operate successfully in larger, internationally operating deal teams.
  • Good user knowledge of standard software and IT tools.
  • Fluent in English.
