As the Senior Project Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of my client's renewable energy projects. You will lead financial planning, analysis, and funding activities, ensuring the successful execution and financial viability of the projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee robust financial models for renewable energy projects, including comprehensive cash flow projections, NPV analysis, and risk assessments.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform decision-making and optimize project profitability.
• Lead efforts to secure project financing, negotiate terms with financial institutions, and cultivate relationships with investors and lenders.
• Evaluate funding options and recommend optimal financing structures for each unique renewable energy project.
• Assess and manage financial risks associated with project development and execution.
• Implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure the financial success of the projects.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial reporting requirements and accounting standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including project development, legal, and engineering, to align financial strategies with project objectives.
