Job Title: Insurance/Protection Specialist.
Target: Applicants must have at least 18 months of Protection Sales Experience.
Location: 100% Remote (UK-based)
Starting Salary: £30K DOE — OTE £100K+

Every customer has already been pre-qualified through our digital journey, spoken to a Mortgage Adviser, has their Agreement in Principle (AIP) confirmed, and has paid a commitment fee.
That means you’re speaking to warm, motivated customers who already understand their mortgage position and are expecting to discuss their protection needs.

What you’ll do:
You’ll work directly with customers who are already mid-journey on their mortgage application. Your role is to understand their circumstances, educate them on risk, and build personalised protection solutions that genuinely safeguard their home and family.

Monday – Thursday, working 2 days 9AM–6PM & 2 days of 11AM–8PM.
Friday: 9AM–5PM.
