Job Title: Mortgage Advisor. (Mainstream Lending) 

Location: Flexible — Fully remote or at Haysto HQ in Norwich.

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE).

Year 1 Guarantee: £45,000 Minimum earning guarantee*.

Year 2 OTE: Realistic earnings of £75,000+

Target Candidates: Applicants must be Fully CeMAP qualified, with at least 12 months’ experience in a regulated mortgage advice role, and have held Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within the last 12 months.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on:
• First-time buyer mortgages
• Home movers and remortgages
• Buy‑to‑let and investment mortgages.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Process and advise on 15+ mortgage applications per month
• Collaborate closely with specialist teams handling customer acquisition, pipeline progression, and insurance.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—phone, face‑to‑face, and email.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong organisational abilities and time management.
• Competent with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, between Monday–Thursday working two days of 9AM–6PM and two days of 11AM 8PM, Fridays 9AM-5PM.
• No weekend work required — flexible hybrid/fully remote model.
