Location: Based Full Time at our HQ in Norwich.
Target Candidates: Ambitious individuals with a strong customer service and sales background, looking to forge a long-term career in the mortgage industry.
Timeline: Immediate interviews with July or August 2025 start date.
Working Hours: 9.00 am-6.00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am-5.00 pm on Friday. Plus working 1 Saturday in 3.
Rewards Year 1*: Basic salary of £24267.00 Plus commission of up-to 15K PA, OTE £40K.

OVERVIEW:
As a sales consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who have made enquiries through our website looking for a mortgage. You’ll work on a busy and high-energy sales floor with daily incentives and as a driven and confident sales professional you’ll exceed targets each month. We have an excellent uncapped commission scheme, so your earning potential is as good as your sales ability.
