Job Description

Salary: Negotiable basic salary of up-to £35K DOE.

Year 1: During the first 12 months you will receive guaranteed commission of £45K per annum whilst you build your pipeline.

Year 2: Expect to earn a realistic OTE of £75K +.

Location: Fully Remote or Haysto Norwich HQ

Target: Advisers with CAS status and at least 18 months advising experience.

Working Hours: Full time, with working patterns covering a mix of 9AM-6PM and 11AM-8PM Monday to Thursday & 9-5pm Friday. No weekends required.

Timeline: Immediate interviews with July/August 2025 start dates.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING !

As a Mortgage Adviser we believe your skills and time are best spent delivering exceptional advice and service to customers. That’s why we have separate teams responsible for

• Prequalifying customers and assigning them to our Mortgage Advisors with credit reports and initial fact-finds on file (in 2024 our Advisor appointment to Application conversion was 48%)

• Collating customer documentation pre submission

• Handling insurance requirements

• Managing the process post submission

This is an online and telephone-based role so you will need to be high-energy, articulate and engaging. You will be submitting in excess of 15 mortgages each month so you will also be highly motivated, disciplined, and organised.
