Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Receive a £2,000 bonus for joining the team*

The Role

As a Senior Planner, you will be a key player in advising and delivering on significant infrastructure projects. You'll provide expert planning advice, focusing on Development Consent Orders (DCO) and large-scale infrastructure developments. Your expertise will drive successful project delivery from inception through examination stages and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic planning advice.
• Lead and support Development Consent Order (DCO) applications from inception to completion.
• Work on projects delivered under the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA).
• Collaborate with a team of planning and infrastructure specialists on renewable energy and other infrastructure projects.
• Stay informed about UK planning systems and upcoming legislative changes.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

• RTPI qualification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system.
• Experience working on large infrastructure projects.

Desirable:

• Prior experience with Development Consent Orders (DCO).
• Passion for renewable energy and infrastructure planning.
