The Role:
As a Junior IT Project Manager you’ll take on a dual role, overseeing the full project lifecycle while ensuring business needs are met. From scoping and planning to delivery, you’ll play a key part in shaping actionable solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll manage project timelines, budgets, and requirements to drive efficiency and value.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate project resources and assign responsibilities.
  • Manage project documentation to ensure it’s complete and current.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements using workshops, interviews, and surveys.
  • Recommend solutions that align with customer needs and project goals.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Create and adjust project work plans to adapt to changing needs.
  • Resolve competing priorities and facilitate discussions among stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Knowledge of or experience in project management and business analysis, ideally in an IT setting.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
