The Role:
As a Senior Planner, you’ll have the opportunity to lead critical projects, manage client relationships, and provide strategic planning expertise. This role will place you at the forefront of our planning efforts, with the chance to mentor team members and drive projects that contribute to a more sustainable future.

What You'll Do:

• Lead planning applications, appeals, and development strategies.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to junior team members.
• Prepare and review high-quality technical reports and proposals.
• Engage and negotiate with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and third-party contractors.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Actively contribute to our project bids, bringing innovative and client-focused ideas.

What We Are Looking For:

• An RTPI-accredited degree or Master’s in planning or a related field.
• Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards it.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, ideally in both public and private sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
• A strong understanding of the UK planning system.
