The Role:
We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in resolving advanced IT issues and providing expert technical support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of the services we offer to our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide expert technical support for complex IT issues.
  • Act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Engineers.
  • Manage and resolve 3rd Line incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Support new product testing, onboarding, and integration into the business.
  • Lead technical responses in major incidents or priority 1 situations.
  • Identify and implement technical and process improvements.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of issues and resolutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with strong hands-on experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and backup technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with a proactive mindset.
  • Communication: Confident and clear communicator across all levels.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or similar certification
