£3,000 Placement Bonus* + Salary £40-50K


Our Client, a Successful and Growing Environmental Consultancy business, are looking for a Senior or  Associate of Development Planning 

The Role 

As an Associate or Senior Planner, you will take on a leadership role in planning applications and projects, coordinating and overseeing their successful delivery. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing expert planning advice and ensuring projects meet client expectations. In addition to leading projects, you will assist the Regional Director and Associate Directors in developing the team’s core competencies, while continuing to enhance your own technical skills and mentoring abilities.

Key Skills

We're looking for someone who:

• Manages the day-to-day operations and wellbeing of their team, ensuring project success and team development.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and technical expertise, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Prepares, submits, and manages planning applications, appeals, and pre-application inquiries, providing clear and concise guidance throughout the process.
• Oversees project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Actively contributes to technical excellence and mentors team members, fostering continuous professional development.
• Develops innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and drives continuous improvement across services.
• Is an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive client experience and contributing to business development efforts.
