We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced permanent recruitment and will be comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and screening candidates

- Conducting interviews and assessments

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates

- Negotiating offers and terms of employment

- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in fast-paced permanent recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and sales skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
