Job Description

A premier name in construction and fit-out solutions, is seeking a driven Junior Contracts Manager to join its high-performing team in Dublin. With a growing portfolio spanning commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and office interiors — and expanding into high-tech pharma and data centre environments — this is a career-defining opportunity for a rising construction professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior contracts and project managers across multiple fit-out projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

• Track progress reports, variations, timelines, and costs across active sites

• Attend site meetings, take minutes, and manage project documentation

• Help enforce high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

• Assist in procurement activities including tendering and scope evaluations

• Support the site teams in identifying and resolving risks or delays

• Prepare weekly project updates and assist with progress claims and final account closure
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in construction or interior fit-out environments

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Positive, proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow

• Familiarity with construction software (e.g. Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) is advantageous

• Full driving licence preferred
