Introduction:

About the Role:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. From handling documentation to liaising with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, coordination, and scheduling

  • Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports

  • Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients

  • Track project progress, highlighting risks and supporting mitigation measures

  • Manage administrative tasks including procurement, invoicing, and file management

  • Attend project meetings and prepare minutes as required

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures

  • Assist with tendering processes and bid preparation

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar administrative/project support role

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project desirable)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or similar industries is preferred

  • Keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask effectively
