Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial systems and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Ensure timely and precise reporting of financial data to meet business requirements.

• Establish internal financial controls to protect company assets.

• Review, coordinate, and approve capital and operational budgets.

• Prepare financial documents, budgets, forecasts, and analytical reports.

• Evaluate financial performance and offer insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Implement forecasting procedures to enhance financial planning accuracy.

• Supervise financial teams, including direct reports and external partners.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record in team leadership and development.

• Strong knowledge of financial policies, controls, and accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
