Facilities Technician (Electrical) 

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician (Electrical) to maintain and operate plant, utilities, and equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operations at our Kilkenny site. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.

• Respond to helpdesk requests and conduct daily equipment checks.

• Coordinate and oversee external contractors performing maintenance work.

• Ensure all equipment operates safely and meets regulatory standards.

• Maintain compliance with EHS laws and technical guidelines.

• Support operations by resolving technical issues efficiently.

Person Specification

• Experience working with plant equipment such as boilers, chillers, HVAC, and water systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering qualification or Level 6 trade certification.

• Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or production environments preferred.

• Knowledge of Maximo and a GMP background is an advantage.
