Commissioning Package Manager – Control Systems (DTC)

About the Role

Are you a technical leader with a passion for commissioning mission-critical facilities? We’re looking for a Commissioning Package Manager – Control Systems to oversee and manage commissioning activities for cutting-edge data center projects across Europe.

As part of our quality and commissioning team, you’ll ensure the successful delivery of control system commissioning, from planning through execution. Your expertise in PLC systems, SCADA, RTUs, HMI, and communication protocols will drive efficiency, quality, and safety in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end commissioning for assigned control system packages.
✅ Manage system tagging, progress tracking, and milestone delivery.
✅ Provide technical leadership to resolve challenges and optimize efficiency.
✅ Oversee vendor and contractor collaboration for seamless system integration.
✅ Develop and execute test procedures, commissioning plans, and risk assessments.
✅ Align activities with safety protocols (PTW, LOTO, SSOW).
✅ Ensure documentation accuracy, QA/QC compliance, and punch-list management.

What You Bring

�� Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, Building Services, etc.) OR 8+ years’ experience in commissioning/data center projects.
⚙️ Expertise in control systems: PLCs, SCADA, HMI, Modbus, Profibus, Fieldbus.
�� Strong project management and leadership skills in high-performance teams.
�� Experience with system integration, testing, and commissioning techniques.
�� Hands-on approach with problem-solving and risk mitigation expertise.
