Enjoy the vibrant cultural mix of this South Auckland community for all or part of this two month locum period. You'll have ready access to the great outdoors for hiking and biking, and on your session days you'll work with a team committed to supporting the good health of their community.

KEY INFORMATION

• Locum General Practitioner
• 1 June to 3 August 2026
• Flexible hours and days, ideally upwards of 24 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm
• Mileage reimbursed and accommodation provided for out of town locums
• Mixed demographic

• Mangere, South Auckland

 

LOCATION
Māngere is a great base for weekends outdoors. Ambury Regional Park is a local favourite for coastal walking and birdlife, or soak up the panoramic views and a sense of Auckland’s volcanic and Māori history from Te Pane o Mataaho / Māngere Mountain. Run or cycle the Māngere Bridge waterfront or get out on a toy or two on the nearby Manukau Harbour. Auckland airport is right on your doorstep for easy connections to the provinces.
